OMNI Institute is a social science research firm based in Denver, Colorado. Since 1976, OMNI has specialized in a variety of research areas including juvenile and criminal justice, substance abuse prevention and treatment, youth development and prevention, and community health.

Regional Prevention Services (RPS)
The Regional Prevention Services project (RPS) is a regionally-based system, funded by the Division of Behavioral Health (DBH - formerly known as ADAD) of the Colorado Department of Human Services and administered by OMNI Institute. www.omni.org.
