The Early Childhood Council of Boulder County (ECCB) is a collaboration of agencies and individuals who recognize that the quality of a child's health, mental health, early learning and family strength is critical for success in school and in life.   The Future ... Just think ... if all Boulder County shared a vision of young children as a priority.  It is envisioned that the indicators found on this site and the functionality of ASPIRE will measure the progress of the development of the early childhood system in Boulder County and will serve to communicate the social impact of early childhood initatives to a wide audience of local planners and policy makers. The Early Childhood Systems Framework brings together numerous community agencies and service providers toward a common mission to expand and improve the comprehensive systems of early childhood services for families in Boulder County.
