Dear District Commissioner,

We wanted to remind you that we would greatly appreciate it if you could complete the Colorado Judicial Performance Evaluation Process survey before tomorrow morning, as your feedback is critical to the work of the State and District Commissions. Instructions on how to complete the survey as well as your individual, confidential survey link are included below.

If you are unable to complete the entire survey at once, you can save your responses by clicking on the "Save" button located at the top and bottom of the survey. You can then click on the link below to return to where you left off. Once you have fully completed the survey you will need to click on the "Finish" button located at the top and bottom of the last page of the survey.
